2. Users

Access to and/or use of this portal of the Complutense University of Madrid confers the status of USER, who accepts the General Terms of Use from the moment such access and/or use occurs.

3. Use of the website

The website https://proyectoalentar.org/ provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs, or data (the “contents”) related to the ALENTAR-J-CM project. The ALENTAR-J-CM project managers reserve the right to remove any comments or contributions that violate personal dignity or are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to youth or children, public order, or public safety, or that they deem inappropriate for publication.

In all cases, neither the ALENTAR-J-CM project managers nor the Complutense University of Madrid shall be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or participation tools.

4. Data protection

The ALENTAR-J-CM project managers comply with the obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable data protection regulations.

The relationship between the ALENTAR-J-CM project and the USER shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
