Purpose of data processing

We process only the personal data you provide through the contact form or during field studies, solely for the purpose of responding to your requests and providing the information you have solicited.

Legal basis

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for managing requests for information related to the ALENTAR-J-CM project.

How we obtain your data?

Your personal data may be obtained through:

  • Web contact form: information you submit voluntarily to contact us.
  • Field studies: questionnaires and audio recordings collected during your participation (or your child’s participation). Signed informed consent required upon participating in field studies.

Data retention period

Your data will be retained for the entire duration of the project (until 31 December 2028) and for up to five years after project completion, exclusively for scientific research purposes, as permitted under GDPR Article 5(1)(e).

Data recipients

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Rights of data subjects

You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of Access, Rectification, and Erasure. You may request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data, request rectification of inaccurate data, or request deletion when they are no longer necessary for research purposes.

Right to Restriction and Objection. You may request limitation of processing in certain circumstances or object to processing for reasons (e.g., unlawful processing or preservation of data needed for legal claims). During rectification requests, processing will be restricted to the correction process.
